REDUCING THE RISK OF SCALDING/OVERHEATING/BURNS
· Temperatures in the sauna can reach 80 degrees Celsius or more. Prolonged exposure may cause your body to overheat. Track your time and take breaks.
· You will sweat heavily in the sauna. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after.
· Direct contact with steam, sauna rocks, or any part of the stove may cause serious injury. DO NOT TOUCH. To prevent steam burns when pouring water over the rocks, start at the back and move the ladle towards you as you pour.
